Day 2 (June 16)
Basically yesterday does not count because I was tired from not sleeping on the day before.
Having slept 8 hours yesterday I am feeling great again and ready to start the polypasic sleep schedule anew.
I decided to change the schedule a little bit and shift the sleeps 2 hours so now they are at 2, 6, 10, 2, 6, 10 ...
This is because my parents wake up at around 8am and if I stay with the previous schedule I might not get a good sleep at 8am.
2am nap
First nap 2am. Lied in bed, did not get any sleep. Should not have had this snooze.
Next nap at 6am.
This is the second time I just lied in bed and did not get any sleep.
So a suggestion to everyone going to try this sleep schedule is not to go to bed for
a first few naps on the first day!
6am nap
At 6am drowse I managed to fall asleep for a few minutes and the alarm went off. Okay got up and watched some lectures.
10am nap
At 10am I fell asleep for more than 20 mins again and damn, I did not even hear the alarm clock. Either I forgot to set it up or I was just tired. Pretty strange :/
Woke up at 2pm. Feeling weird and disoriented. I usually sleep 4 hours and now I have slept, i dunno, 16 hours in two days.
It took a shower and good meal to readjust.
6pm nap
Did not take 6pm nap.
10pm nap
Nap at 10pm was also good and I fell asleep very quickly. I felt tired when the alarm clock went off but as I had read other people experiences with this sleeping schedule it is important to get up as the alarm goes off.
What I did:
Prepated for the exam, watched lectures 8 to 12 and reviewed lectures 1 to 7.
Watched first 3 of ArsDigita Applied Probability video lectures.
Also available free at: http://students.odl.qmul.ac.uk/aduni/index.php/11_probability
Basically these three lectures were complete crap because the instructor, whoever he was, had no talent for pedagogy. What he did was write everyting on top of previously written and just erase it again and say sorry and then do the same again.
