Day 10

I did not update the blog during the 10th day. Basically I slept around 3 hours in 4 naps.

After 10 days of experimenting I am convinced that the best method is sleeping when you get a little tired and not schedule definite time at which to have a nap.

Yesterday (this day, day 10) I felt I needed 4 naps and that's what I did.
